Kim Ross
After serving as VP of Training and People Development for a local restaurant chain and being part of the training arena for over 20 years, Kim decided to create a new business to help professionals reach their potential. Kim has gone on to lead the training team at The Egg and I where the number of locations was doubled in 3 short years. She was also featured in the article "Weeding Out the Wackos: Must-ask Interview Questions That Reveal a Candidate's True colors" in Restaurant Hospitality (Sept 2007) by Gina LaVecchia Ragone. Kim's vast experience in the PEOPLE industry has inspired her to branch out and create Something Wonderful.
Kim resides in Denver, CO with her husband, Newfoundland Bella and Great Pyrenees Sampson, enjoys the magnificent outdoors of the Rockies, the adventure of travel, and dining in the many outstanding establishments of the Denver area.
